French symphonic power metal band Fairyland is pleased to announce the upcoming release of their new studio album, 'The Story Remains,' scheduled for June 13th, 2025. The album will be released via Frontiers Music Srl and follows in the footsteps of their previous album, 'A New Dawn.'
In conjunction with the announcement, Fairyland has shared a new lyric video for the single 'To Stars And Beyond,' which can be viewed below.
Bassist Willdric Lievin spoke about the inspiration behind 'To Stars And Beyond': This song was the first to begin work on our new album and incorporates all of the elements that Fairyland fans have come to love - powerful symphonic arrangements, a catchy chorus, and inspiring lyrics sung by our talented new lead vocalist Archie Caine.
Lievin continued: To Stars And Beyond' is about finding hope in even the darkest of times. It's a reminder that it's possible to turn pain and adversity into something beautiful, and that with determination, anything can be achieved.
Regarding the new album, Lievin stated: 'The Story Remains' marks a new beginning for Fairyland following the passing of founding member Phil Giordana in 2022. Despite this setback, the band has emerged stronger and more determined than ever. The album features a blend of their classic symphonic power metal sound with fresh and innovative elements to create something truly unique.
Fairyland's new lead vocalist Archie Caine brings a fresh energy to the table, and the addition of Gideon Ricardo, Brieuc De Groof, and J.B Pol completes the lineup. The band is excited to share this new chapter in their history with fans around the world.
