Rivers Of Nihil Unveils New Single & Music Video 'Water & Time', Teases Upcoming Self-Titled Album
Progressive technical death metal outfit Rivers Of Nihil has just unveiled the official music video for their latest single, Water & Time. The visually striking clip was directed by David Brodsky and sets the tone for the band's forthcoming self-titled fifth studio album. Expected to drop on May 30th via Metal Blade Records
Guitarist Brody Uttley shares that Water & Time is a song they initially wrote as an experiment on a synthesizer, with later adding their signature 'metal band stuff' to it. The working title was 'TFF', referencing the Tears For Fears style big chorus synth laden songs.
Rivers Of Nihil will embark on a headlining tour this spring in support of the new album, featuring Holy Fawn, Inter Arma and Glacial Tomb. Their North American tour starts on May 22nd in Philadelphia, hitting cities across the US and Canada until June 22nd in Toronto.
