3 Inches Of Blood

Formed in Vancouver in 2000, 3 Inches Of Blood perpetuates the legacy of heavy metal formations such as Iron Maiden or King Diamond, adding to its old-school compositions a modern and more powerful sound. The particularity of the band is to be composed of two singers, one sniper (Cam Pipes) and one more heavy (Jamie Hooper), supplemented by Justin Hagberg (guitar), Shane Clark (guitar), Nick Cates (bass) and Alexei Rodriguez (battery). The band's first album, Battlecry Under A Winter Sun , went almost unnoticed, but its signature at Roadrunner allowed the band to benefit from a greater promotion with Advance And Vanquish , released in 2004. The band's new album, Fire Up The Blades , is scheduled for June and is produced by Joey Jordisson (Slipknot ).
