Libe, Teo and Diego formed ActionMen in 2001 in Ravenna, Italy. They exhaust Diego after recording Upa a Baba and then two other drummers, including Mattia "Pinna" (ex-The Hormonauts) who will still appear on the first version of The Game in 2005. Without a label, the record never really comes out even if it is available at the concerts of the band that exports to Germany.
It will take until 2007 for the Quebec company Unicorn Records to take an interest in the record and the release in February, followed by Bells On Records in Japan (April). They made a few dates in the first part of This is a Standoff and then crossed the Transalpine border for a tour that would eventually fall to 2 dates in France (August 2007).
