Aephanemer
Biography
Aephanemer was initially the project of a single man: Martin Hamiche (Guitare) which he founded in Toulouse in 2013. Some instrumental demos published on the internet have excellent returns and their author decides to propose a true ep: Know Thyself that he releases early 2014. In view of the success of this death metal instrumental melodic, three other members are recruited: Marion Bascoul (Guitare / Chant), Mickaƫl Bonnevialle (Battery), and Anthony Delmas (Basse). Martin Hamiche wrote new titles and gradually sang on the titles. It's Marion Bascoul who's in charge. The album Memento Mori was released in September 2016 on the band's label, Primeval Records. Aephanemer gave a few concerts and filmed two clips to promote them. In 2017, Aephanemer made the decision to reissue certain titles of the ep instrumental Know Thyself by recording songs. Lucie Woaye Hune (Basse) replaces Anthony and the combo records Prokopton that they release on their own label in March 2019. Napalm Records traces them and reissues the album in October of the same year. A successor named A Dream Of Wilderness came out in 2021 and gave them a growing reputation.
