Biography

Agora Fidelio was created in 2000 as the recovery group of Psykup , allowing them to leave their usual (metal) repertoire. After a line-up change, and the musical direction that the members wanted to take, Agora Fidelio became a full-fledged band and it is no longer a question of talking about it as the side-project Psykup. Exclusively in French, the texts address personal but universal stories in a crude and poetic way.
In June 2002, a first album Une Histoire De Chair was released, a small album with only eight tracks, three of which were instrumental. He was followed in 2004, after a short tour and a studio tour, by Altitude Zero , a second album more focused Pop-Rock, less experimental but equally rich musically and emotionally. A third opus was born in 2006, still in this hybrid vein that Agora Fidelio particularly loves before the combo eclipses from the bins for almost four years. It was only in 2010 that the band reappeared at the helm of a project of triple album concept in the name of Les Illusions D'Une Route . Barcelona opening the dance, followed by Baghdad and Belfast at about one record a year. Photo credit : Lionel Pesqué .
