Biography
The story of Alamo Race Track began in 2001 with a first formation, Redivider, and the departure of his keyboardist, Diederik Nomden. The Dutch quartet, composed of David Corel, Guy Bours, Len Lucier and Ralph Mulder, decided to opt for a new surname. ART, for intimates, recorded some demos, then toured with Daryll-Ann; tour 2002 which will make it notice by Excelsior Recordings. The following year, the band attacked the recording of a first full-length, Birds At Home , released on September 01, 2003 in the Netherlands, before being republished in 2005 by Fargo Records (J. Tillman , Andrew Bird ,...). In mid-2006, Ralph Mulder and his peers started producing their second effort, Black Cat John Brown , which was to be released in October of that year, before returning to the European, and especially French, roads.
