Alunageorge

It was in 2009 in London that Aluna Francis (Chant) and George Reid (Programming) met when George wanted to remix Aluna's Sweetheart song, My Toys Like Me . They also released a remix of Born To Die by Lana Del Rey at the end of 2011 and then recorded a first album under the name of Alungeorge, which appeared in 2013: Body Music. There is a mixture of R&B, Electro-Pop, Trip-Hop and Uk Bass, and therefore something very personal that goes away from the usual R&B shots. The duo is known in France thanks to the remix by You Know You Like It , directed by DJ Snake in 2015. A second album, I Remember , was released in 2016 at Island Records and Interscope Records. But in 2020, Aluna announced that she would come out of music as a solo artist.
