Ansur

Ansur was born in 2003 in Drammen, in the suburbs of Oslo, Norway. Group of black metal as there are hundreds in this country which, let us recall, is the land of hatching of the genre, the trio quickly records a demo with the means of the edge, in a style then still very little personal. Nevertheless, Nerbilous Production, South Korean label (!) offers Norwegians to officially release the recording, named for the occasion Carved In Flesh. However, the benefits are limited, and Ansur returns to composition. The voices explored this time are different, mainly thanks to several changes in line-up, and the band is adventured towards more progressive musical notions and the search for a strong and unique identity. Thus, in a home-studio, after several months of recording, is created Axiom, the first opus of the group. This time, it is noticed by the powerful Candlelight Records label, and in 2006 benefits from an international release.
