Arkhon Infaustus

Arkhon Infaustus is a Black/Death Metal band founded in 1997 in Paris by Dk Deviant (Guitare / Chant - Osculum Infame ) and 666 Torturer (Basse / Chant - Hell Militia ). The two musicians quickly released theep In Sperma Infernum in 1998 at Mordgrimm, published in 666 copies. Hellblaster (Battery - Antaeus , Sublime Cadaveric Decomposition , Aes Dana ) joined them the following year for the release of the ep Dead Munt Maniac which appeared in 2000 at Spikekult Rekords. Arkhon Infaustus released his first album, Hell Injection , in 2001 via Osmose Productions and became better known for his satanist and sadomasochist Black/Death Metal. Toxic H. (Guitare - Kickback , Diapsiquir ) arrived in 2001 to consolidate the formation while Hellblaster was replaced the following year by Azk.6 ( Doctor Livingstone , Sektemtum , Mütilation , Ad Hominem ). It is under this new line-up that Arkhon Infaustus released Filth Catalyst in 2003 which allows them to tour with Mortician, and later with Vader. A split with Revenge also appeared in 2003. Perdition Insanabilis was released very quickly in 2004. Their popularity is increasing and several dates with Deicide , Belphegor and In Aeternum are programmed. It was in 2007 that the band returned with a fourth opus, Orthodoxyn , as well as the ep Annunciation which will be their ultimate efforts. Toxic H. and Azk.6 left the band in early 2009 after their tour in Greece. It was in 2016 that Arkhon Infaustus announced that he had resumed his activities always carried by the duo 666 Torturer / Dk Deviant.
