As They Burn

It was in 2007, in the Paris region, that As They Burn formed. Soon Kevin Trevor (Chant), Hoby Arinosy (Guitare), Fabio Meschini (Guitare), Ronald Pastor (Basse) and Milton Bakech (Batterie) flocked to France but also to Belgium for a few dates. As They Burn then shared the scene with bands like Emmure, August Burns Red, War From A Harlots Mouth and Walls Of Jericho. At New Area For Our Plagues, their first ep, arrived at the end of 2009 where one discovers an extreme and modern metal group very promising drawing as much its influences from Death Metal as from Deathcore. It is mainly with their first album Aeon's War that the band offers recognition outside the hexagonal borders. It allows them to make a joint tour with Betraying The Martyrs and perform at the Hellfest and Motocultor Festival. At the end of 2012, As They Burn won a deal with Victory Records to release Will, Love, Life in February 2013. Bastien Jacquesson joins the formation behind the machines.
