As We Bleed

Formed in 1999, the band initially consists of Julien (guitar) Alex (battery), Alan (chant) and Matthew (bass), each member benefits from several years of experience in the hardcore-metal scene. Based in Evreux in Haute Normandie, As We Bleed , quickly creates a repertoire combining death-metal and hardcore with which he starts to tour and make himself known in the region. In January 2001, the band entered the studio and recorded its first EP 4 tracks 5743 , then resumed the concerts sharing the poster with bands like Aclys , Burn Hollywood Burn , No Return , Marcel and his orchestra , in September of the same year the band had to face its first line-up change with the departure of Matthew replaced by Quentin who splits between AWB and Burn Hollywood Burn , this change occurred a few months before the release of a fully self-produced EP; the band from its beginnings in total "Do It Yourself". 2002 marks a new stage for the band as a second singer, Matthieu ( No Junk Food), comes to take place alongside Alan, but at the end of the year Quentin has to leave the band to find Burn Hollywood Burn leaving Pierre (No Junk Food ) as bassist. Early 2004 saw the recording of a CD split with the Lille group General Lee which will be released in October after a few dates in Haute-Normandie, Brittany and in the north, it will be followed in November by a second with the Rouennais of The last day of Icarus, the latter is widely popular and quickly flowing; The group also appears on several compilations, including Revolution Calling co-produced by the Listable label and webzine VS. It was finally in 2007, that AWB released its first album Harsh Means of Answer Against Compromise , which was released by Season Of Mist; the following year, the band's first video for The new sheep of fuck to come . In 2009 after 10 years of a career, the high-ranking men focused on the composition of their second album Hail The Sick Ones, which was released the following year. Without more information, in 2012 As We Bleed announced that it was working on a new project, a project that would never finally see the light of day since in November 2013, the ébroicians drew the curtain over 15 years of career, after a last concert at the Evreux Affair with 17 Seconds Left.
