Biography

After the departure of Zack de La Rocha de Rage Against The Machine at the end of 2000, we were wondering what the rest of the band was going to do. Many rumours have run, one of the most unlikely was that Chris Cornell (singer of Soundgarden) came to the song; However, this is what happened after long months of hesitation and a few bisbilles between management. The group first opts for Civilian before permanently attaching to Audioslave . Musically we find the origins of the musicians and the song of Soundgarden, we sometimes even think of Led Zeppelin. Audioslave released its first album in 2002. After a few listening we do pretty well at this atypical mating. The meeting of two rock mastodones of the 90s did not give a dead child born and in 2005 the band signs its return, perhaps more consensual, but also more coherent, with Out Of Exile. A DVD immortalizing the group's historical performance in Cuba in May 2005 was recently released.
