Awaiting Fear
Biography
Awaiting Fear is a Serbian death-metal band from Belgrade, founded in early 2007 by Satan (Bass/Sing), Igor (Guitare), Alisa (Chant) and Dejan (Battery). Inspired at the beginning of the old school scene with bands like Bolt Thrower , Cannibal Corpse or Deicide , the band makes its first weapons on stage before releasing an ep, Endgraved Memories , as well as a split alongside Elegia in 2008. The following year, Awaiting Fear recorded his first album, Dead Inside, which appeared at Noisehead Records, allowing the band to make several first parts of international bands that toured in the eastern countries including Decapitated, Behemoth, Amon Amarth, Fleshgod Apocalypse, God Dethroned or Deicide. In 2010, Manijak replaced Dejan behind the drums and in 2011 it was the singer Alisa's turn to leave. Awaiting Fear then reorganizes with a second guitarist (Stefan Srejić) and Satan decides to take care of the song in addition to the bass. The Serbs began to compose a new album, with new influences like Behemoth or Vader. After Execution was finally released in 2012 at Miner Records.
