Nick and Nate, who came from various bands from their local scene, began as a duo in early 2005 under the name Banner Pilot in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA). After recording a first demo of 8 tracks (using PC Drummer software), they are quickly joined by a second guitarist, Mike, and then by a non-virtual drummer, Danny. In the meantime other songs have already been composed, they are recorded in February/March 2006 and in spring releases the EP Pass the Poison (on their label Arsenic Records), which will allow them to make a small tour of the east coast of the United States in July, to promote the galette.
In the fall of '06, they finished the composition of a first album, sought a label to release it in 2007, and took advantage of it to record a cover of "Part of the Problem" for a tribute to J. Church that No Idea Records will release.
