Baron Crâne

Baron Skull emerges around 2014 in Paris and takes the form of a power trio Rock instrumental. The band, composed of Leo on guitar, Pierre on drums and Colin on bass, shows a multi-influenced character between Progressive Rock, Dub, Stoner, Blues and Noise lying on a first EP in 2015 in total self-production. A year later a slightly longer object, Electric Shades, was distributed under the same conditions. The trio will then make some dates with We Insist! and Grauss Boutique in particular. After having properly worn the boards the Parisians get back to composition and release a new object, Commotions, in spring 2020, which has the particularity of integrating the vocal coach Arthur Brossard's song and the flow of rapper I.N.C.H. (who has collaborated with Vald among others) on two of his titles. Because of (or thanks to) the pandemic the trio gets back to work for a new album, the well-named Les Beaux Jours, which released in October 2021 via Conmotions the house label of Baron and Mrs Red Sound, Bordeaux label mounted by Mars Red Sky.
