Biography
Belle Epoque ended a September 2006 evening. In spite of a limited media exhibition, he remains one of these groups that, like Mihai Edrisch , Gameness , Gantz and Daitro , is a leading player in the French scene screamo 2000 Formed in 2002, the Parisian combo (Versailles) climbs on the boards after a year and quickly finds itself in the company of rising figures from the middle (Aghast, Amanda Woodward, Gameness). Once the live is taken, the training will continue to engulf the roads from Spain to the United Kingdom, often accompanied by the excellent Collin Kramer (Germany). A demo will set on record the first efforts of the 2004 quartet before a resounding LP A La Dérive , followed in 2005 via Heart On Fire and Rejuvenation , enhanced in 2006 by a participation in the compilation Emo Apocalypse . Thanks to the Franciscan quartet, the "Belle Epoque" (an expression that usually refers to the fascist period between the end of the Napoleonic countryside and the beginning of the First World War) will have resurrected a century later, the space of some remarkable years. But as we know, beautiful times never last...
