Billy Gaz Station

Billy Gaz Station is the meeting of two fine French rock gachettes: Billy the Kill (Bassist of the lights Second Rate and Lost Cowboy Heroes, and author of an eponymous folk album in 2006), and Matgaz (firefighter Headcases and Glasnost, and responsible for the publication of an owl zine "Jarnac vs Seattle").
2006. After the splits of their successive bands, the two friends decide to set up a band together, just for the pleasure of sending big rock. It is not the 600 kilometers that separate them that disturb them, since after a repeat they record 3 pieces and make quickly talk about them.
2007. Some compilations and first parts later (Supersuckers , the Black Diamond Heavies , Dinosaur Jr , ...), and with the live support of Luis Francesco Arena with four strings (guitarist/singer of the Headcase lights, and folk Singer responsible for two superb albums), Billy Gaz Station records new tracks for compilations and a 45 lap split with the Black Zombie Procession .
2008. Release of "Skins & Licks", first album by Billy Gaz Station, before a long European tour that should make them talk!
