Biollante

Influenced by disoriented artists such as Death Grips, IC3PEAK, Swans, Atari Teenage Riot, Techno Animal, The Bug or Scorn, Biollante is formed in Paris in 2020 as a side-project of the anonymous collective of Black Metal / Indus Non Serviam in the immediate urgency of composing a song to be offered to a friend recently imprisoned (The world comes back to me shouted ). The title combines all those (a dozen people) who then wanted to express their solidarity in a genre that had thus far escaped the eclecticism of the collective: Hip-Hop, in its darkest and most industrial expression. The collaboration with the Gobscrew , a young group of rappers, continues until writing with several hands of I hope you will dance somewhere , first album and constitute a group-kaiju to the limits of genres. Biollante works to address, in French in the text, such difficult and complex subjects as child suicide, revolt and care, mental illness, prison and confinement.
