Black Breath

Formed in 2005, Black Breath consists of J. Byrum, Nate McAdams, F. Funds, Elijah Nelson and E. Wallace. After a few demos composed of jams and scattered ideas, the combo released a first EP Razor To Oblivion in 2008. This allows them to sign at Southern Lord Recordings (Sunn O)) , Pelican ...) the following year and tour with Victims , Rise And Fall or Trap Them . In 2010, Black Breath released Heavy Breathing , first album recorded by Kurt Ballou ( Converge ), followed by a tour with Converge in May. The band then recorded Sentenced To Life, still at the God City Studio and for the same label before turning around the world to promote it. In 2014, Southern Lord announced that the band would release its next album, Slaves Beyond Death, the following year.
