Biography

Bleeding Through is a sextet from Orange County, California, founded in 1999 as a side project by Brandan Schieppati (then 18 vision guitarist). The group will become a fixed project when it leaves 18 visions. Musically the band is part of the very fashionable metalcore movement of the Killswitch Engage et al. Nevertheless, it stands out from the others on several points: By mixing the genres used in his music, such as the black metal influences brought by the keyboard, or the heavy riffs to Swedish. Then, their look that reminds the Misfits who stole Placebo's makeup kit... After two albums released in 2001 and 2002 that had gone unnoticed, the band exploded in 2003 thanks to its signature on the label that goes up, Trustkill, (owned by Roadrunner Records) and the album This is Love, This is Murderous . Early 2006 Bleeding Through returns with a new album soberly titled The Truth.
