Biography

Bloodjinn formed in August 1999 around Joel and Justin Colins, singing and drums respectively. In September of the same year, the band entered the studio and released its first Ep To Bleed The Demon. After the success of this Ep, the band signed a contract with Tribunal Records ( Atreyu , Scarlet ) and quickly released Murder Eternal: Seven Short Stories For The Slightly Psychotic , which they played mainly at festivals like Hellfest. In 2001, the band released a split titled Born In Hell, Raisted In Jail. Then they left Tribunal Records to join Goodfellow at whom their second album Leave This World Breathing was released in 2002, based on short news written by the band. Then the group paused in June 2003. After a few concerts with Unearth or Darkest hour, the band reformed and recorded This Machine Runs On Empty , which was released in 2008 in our countries, after long line-up changes (Joel Collins being the only original member of the band).
