Originally from La Coruña, like Ekkaia or Madame Germen, Blünt formed in mid-2005. After a few months of rehearsals and a large number of concerts in Galicia, the band entered the studio to record its first eponymous lp. Edited by Bombs of crust, Xuntos pola mestizaxe, Revoluciones por minuto, Uri Geller and Humildad y Honestidad, it was released at the end of 2006. For 2007, Blünt plans to release three splits alongside Nagasaki Nightmare, Bio Crisis and Lies Feed The Machine. The group ceased to exist in 2008.
