Café Flesh

Café Flesh

Country: United States
Styles: Noise Rock Rock'N'Roll

Biography

Thomas Beaudelin (chant, saxophone) Jérôme Bossuyt (guitar) Philippe Lafaye (bass) Vincent Lopez (drums) Julien Bardou (guitar from 2003 to 2007) Originally from Jarnac, Café Flesh draws its rock-painted noise substance from bands like The Jesus Lizard or Cows. The band also contacts Tom Hazelmyer ( Halo Of Flies), owner of Amphetamine Reptile Records, to be able to affix the label logo on their first album, Pigs On The Dancefloor. In 2007, Julien left Café Flesh and his absence would be compensated by parts of saxophone held by Thomas. In 2009, Café Flesh realized this change with the release of I Dumped My Wife, I Killed My Dog on Furne and Head Records. In 2010, the group took part in the compilation of the stupid-oriented Psychotic Reactions on Head Records. Two later released the third long format disc, Lions Will No Longer Be Kings still at Furne and Head Records.
