Cauchemar

Cauchemar is a group of Heavy/Doom Metal looking for horror and occultism from Montreal. Founded in 2007 by François Patry (Guitare), Annick Giroux (Chant / Basse) and Patrick Pagne (Batterie). The trio released a firstep The Black Virgin in 2010 via the label Nuclear War Now! Productions. Andres Arango (Basse) completes the line-up in the year and then the musicians work on their first opus, Tenebrario , which was released in 2013. Patrick left Cauchemar , replaced for two years by Tooth Log behind the drums. It was then Xavier Berthiaume who replaced Tooth in 2015, while the Canadians released their second album, Chapelle Ardente , in 2016.
