Clues

In 2009, Clues was a young "veteran" band from the Montreal indie scene, formed in 2007 by guitarist/vocalist Alden Penner (half of The Unicorns, too soon disappeared) and drummer Brendan Reed (who left The Arcade Fire just before the band took off). The duo is joined on stage by Ben Border, Lisa Gamble and Nick Scribner.
In the fake tunes of Neutral Milk Hotel, an indie pop playful and bariole, Clues released his first album, eponymous, in 2009 at Constellation.
