Biography
Claudio Sanchez: Song/Guitare Travis Stever: Guitar/Chant Mic Todd: Bass/Chant Josh Eppard: Battery
Coheed And Cambria takes its source in a trio formed in '95: Shabutie . Nyack's combo (New York) became a quartet and changed its musical orientation and name. The year 2001 marks the beginnings of C&C which, newly signed by Equal Vision Records (The Fall Of Troy, Chiodos,...), released its first album: The Second Stage Turbine Blade. The latter saw the participation of Dr. Know, guitarist of the Bad Brains. After 18 months of tour, then a well deserved break. Claudio and his peers then got back to work, and in autumn 2003, In Keeping Secrets Of The Silent Earth: 3 , which will benefit from the video adaptation of two of his titles, namely "A Favor House Atlantic", and "Blood Red Summer". C&C then chained dates alongside The Used , Thursday , Thrice or AFI ; then forced passage by the 2004 edition of the Warped Tour. Thanks to their relationship with Columbia Records ( System Of A Down , Judas Priest ,...), the band will lock up in Studio for 4 months, starting in February 2005, and it is David Bottrill ( Tool , Peter Gabriel , King Crimson ) who takes care of the mixing of Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Vol. 1: From Fear Through The Eyes Of Madness . The album will appear in Fall 2005, succeeding the reissue of The Second Stage Turbine Blade.
