Colossus
Biography
Colossus is a death metal band from Pas de Calais, founded in July 2007 by Shoemaker Levy 9 and Blah Keenk. After several changes in line-up, Colossus found his balance in September 2008 with the arrivals of Gregory (ex Ink Under The Blood ) at bass, Romain (ex Craven ) behind drums, Max (ex Craven ) and Delphine (ex And The Angels Die ) on guitars. The band recorded in November 2009 its first album Fragments , shot with Despised Icon , Carnifex , Belphegor or As they Burn , Mass Hysteria and Eths . After two long years of writing, the band released Lobotocracy , recorded with Olive t'Servrancx and mastered by Christoph Brandes ( Necrophagist ). More mature, better written, more fun too, this second album enjoys, both to the press and to the public, so that Colossus was chosen in 2014 to participate in the discovery springboard of Hellfest, which the band almost won...
