Biography

Little loquace about his biography, Comadre prefers music to stories. A native of San Carlos, California, Comadre was trained in the simultaneous split of two friendly formations that were The Own Ruin and Heart Cross Love. March 2004, the machine is engaged. First a Coffin demo, to start and then an album in autoprod, the Youth in October. The galette in his pocket, the band toured the west coast and made Coldbringer Records want to produce a 7inch EP called Songs About The Man in May 2005. The following year, Burn Your Bones will be released, first in Japan under the Cosmic Note Records label and then in self-management in the USA with the Bloodtown Records structure created for the occasion. Influenced by legends such as Rites Of Spring , Denied or Kid Dynamite , Californians in action play it rather screamo of Orchid school or Reversal Of Man to which they mix punk or rock-liners or rock-liners. Engaged, D.I.Y, in love with the tours at the end of the world (in Japan especially with Endzweck ) who saw them being arrested in Denmark (for the sole reason of domestic political crisis following the Copenhagen riots), the combo recently shot in France, making dates with Graf Orlock, and the French from Immediately Death, Celeste and Warsaw Was Raw. Meaning at the base "mother", "Comadre" can be used by extension to designate a good friend of the family with whom there is no blood link but which counts just as much. This is how the members of the group consider each other.
