Biography

In early 2004, in the Nantes region, ToF (Rhythmic guitar) and Manu (guitar lead) began composing to form a metal group. After a year of rather farfetched compositions, they crossed the path of Gael (battery), which at the time beat the measure in Yersinia Pestis (RIP). Ben (bass), who also played in Era Nova, joined them in early 2005. The necessary reshaping of the compositions then begins and Tof, Manu, Gael and Ben are more motivated than ever to make their band come up on stage. Each one brings its preferred style, and the pieces soon become original and varied, as a result of an almost limitless open mind. This results in a complex metal with ambush structures, a synthesis of the different influences of the members of the group. About three years later, during which the group fine-tuned its compositions and sought a competent vocalist, in the summer of 2008 saw the arrival of Yroenn (chant) who, despite his penchant for "heavy metol" type vocals, also ensured the guturral songs and other growls, while integrating some more melodic parts. For medical reasons, Manu gave his place a few weeks later to Clement (guitar lead), who quickly assimilated the compositions and brought new influences. December 2010 sees the arrival of the new singer, Nico. In 2012, Comalane returned on new bases, this time without a drummer. 'Til I Die, the group's first fully self-produced EP (with battery programming), will finally come into being in 2013. (bio FB ) line-up : Nico / Song ToF / Guitar Ben / Bass
