Daggers

Daggers is a Brussels-based Hardcore band formed in 2007 by members of Officer Jones And His Patrol Car Problem and Die Out! . The band recorded its first ep in November 2007 with Ben Philips ( Converge , Jairus , November Coming Fire , Gold Kids ...) at the City Of Dis Studios in England. Kris Deweerdt is the singer (The Setup ). The ep was released in December 2008 at I For Us Records. The band experienced a line-up change in May 2008, David Thomas singing and Fifi replacing him at bass. 2009 is dedicated to concerts and Daggers plays with Gold Kids, The Legacy and Lighthouse. Along The Acheron was released in November 2009 via Anchors Aweigh Records. Recorded in August 2008 at La Chapelle Studio, with Ben Philips, he was mastered by Magnus Lindberg (Poison The Well , Cult Of Luna ). In January 2010, the band, now a quartet, returned to Eastern Europe with Lighthouse and released a third album, Euphoria in 2011. Three years later, Daggers operated an artistic moult and returned with It's Not Jazz, It's Blues to Throatruiner Records.
