Biography

Demago was born from a meeting between Bleach (Guitare) and Maun (Guitare / Chant) in November 1996 on the benches of the university. Based on their literary (Camus, Zola, Nietzsche) and musical influences (Supreme NTM , Berurier Noir , blues and Indian and African-American music) it was not until 2002 that alchemy operated and the duo wrote his first texts and composed his first songs. In 2003 following several awards, Demago entered the studio and then drafts the first compositions of a future album called Hôpital, the title of Maun's album, because it is urgent, because we live in a world that sweeps away. After a signature at Wagram, the group made the eleven Hospital titles with bassist Hacen Djeghbal ( Mano Solo ) under the direction of Patrice Courtois ( Passi , Aaron ) revealing a dark rock, critical of modern society, borrowed from different styles such as Reggae or Slam. He was released in 2008, and Demago took the road to defend his record through various local festivals.
