Cease Upon The Capitol ceased all activity in 2007. After a few months of inactivity Matt gets bored and decides to resume service. With Roy (ex CUTC), Sean and Justin, he founded Dolcim . The band quickly became trio following Roy's departure and continued to compose. A first demo was released followed by a first album, Guillotine Ride , by React With Protest (Comadre , Battle Of Wolf 359 etc.).
