Eaststrikewest is an English sextet, released in 2009, with a first album, Wolvves . The Post-rock practiced by the band is in the purest English tradition, integrating tablecloths of dramatic violins and a song in retreat, shouted at instruments removed and close to an indie rock that will remind their compatriots of Caspian, Her Name Is Calla or the Americans of This Will Destroy You.
