Biography
David - bass, song Javivi - guitar Marcos - drum Pablo - guitar, song
Ekkaia is an institution of the underground crust scene overseas Pyrenean. Formed in 1999, the group of La Corogne recorded a first demo in 2000 under the name of Icon . Judging the surname a little too common, the quintet went looking for a new name and found his happiness in Tolkien's work. The split released in 2001 alongside Unsane Crisis is the first production to be named Ekkaia. The gallegos recorded their first album Manos that Estrachan Planes de Muerte y Sometimientos in 2002 but had to face the departure of singer Nelson shortly after the promotion tour. From that date, the song will be performed by David and Pablo. From 2003 to 2004, Ekkaia released two additional eps as well as an album, Demasiado Tarde para Pedir Perdon , but did not survive Javivi's departure. Some of its members operate today at Leadershit and Cop On Fire.
