Emmure
Biography
Emmure is a Hardcore/Deathcore band formed in 2003 in New Fairfield, Connecticut by two brothers, Ben and Joe Lionetti (Guitare and Battery). They contact Franklin Palmeri (Chant) who lives in Queens in New York. Join the trio Mark Davis (Basse) and Jesse Ketive (Guitare). Emure then began to compose his first songs and suddenly released two demos that drew the attention of The City Is Burning Records label. Their first ep entitled The Complete Guide To Needlework was released in 2006 and followed very quickly the following year by Goodbye To The Gallows at a larger team, Victory Records. Their fame is then growing and the band becomes as much appreciated for its heavy and frontal musical style as blamed by critics. In 2008, Emmure recorded The Respect Issue which achieved a good commercial success and then shot with Misery Signals , August Burns Red and Carnifex in particular. However, the two Lionetti brothers decided to leave the group in 2009 due to family problems. They are replaced by Mike Mullohand (Guitare) and Michel Kaabe (Battery) who allow Emmure to quickly chain with a third album, Felony . The following year is reserved for tours with Your Demise, Comeback Kid, We Came As Romans, Parkway Drive, Of Mice&Men, Asking Alexandria or Attack Attack! , before returning with Speaker Of The Dead in 2011. They have since toured with Iwrestledabearonce, War From A Harlots Mouth and Winds Of Plague.
