Biography

Eths comes from Marseille, a city more known for its Hip-Hop inclinations than Metal. Eths first evolves between Neo-Metal and Hardcore. Meticulous in both the music and the visuals of its albums, the band is not exempt from praise on stage where it does not usually leave large world indifferent. In fact, with Candice singing subjugates the pogotor males with his first screams and bleeds the white pit under a beating Metal-Hardcore rain. The band released two demos in 1999 and 2000, followed by six tracks on the Samantha album. The sound improves, the group finds more and more personal marks. Two years later, Eths returned with Soma , an album more accessible than previous productions that divided fans. We will find a guest on this album Reuno by Lofofora. The following period will divide the group, in fact Guillaume (Battery) and Roswell (Basse) will go to Lunatic Age and Babylon Pressure. Eths returned to her complete line-up after the arrival of Shob (Basse - ex- Keisha ) and Matt (Battery - My Ruin ) and signed Season Of Mist to release in 2007 the band's second album: Teratology . In 2012, Eths took on a new musical direction with his third album soberly titled I II, but Candice decided to leave the adventure to devote himself to his family. After some torment and line-up change, the Marseillais returned in 2014 with an EP, Ex Umbra In Solem , composed of film and live, then in 2016 with a new album, Ankaa . This one marks a new turn in Eths' career, the opus is very modern, powerful and welcomes a new singer, Rachel Aspe.
