Preston, England. Spring 2000, a group of high school friends form Duckhunt (according to the famous arcade game and NES). After a few years of rehearsals, local concerts, and line-up changes, the formation changed its name to Failsafe . It was under this name that the first demo 4 tracks ( Variations Of A Theme ) was recorded at the Prism Studios in Stoke, before releasing in early 2004. She draws the attention of Deck Cheese Records who signs them after seeing them first part of No Comply (RIP). No Comply will support them by bringing them with them on the roads of England. In October, bass player Scott left the band for Andy. The following year they opened for Anti-Flag , The Bounting Souls , Armor For Sleep ..., turn a little, and compose their album What We Are Today that they will record in September and release at the end of that same year 2005. After the CD promotion tour, 2006 will be quite quiet for the band that will take advantage of it to record new songs. A demo song is published on their myspace page in November, waiting for the new galette and a long-awaited European tour.
