Biography

Falling in Reverse is an American alternative rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada. It is formed by Ronnie Radke, former singer of the band Escape the Fate, and character at the center of several legal proceedings and controversies related to his positions on various societal topics (homophobia, transphobia, ...). In 2008, the singer became involved in an altercation that led to the shooting of 18-year-old Michael Cook. Radke didn't shoot Cook, but he's accused of complicity and five years' suspended imprisonment. He was arrested in June 2008 in possession of illegal weapons in Nevada and was sentenced to two years in prison (for violation of his parole). Out of prison on December 12, 2010, Ronnie Radke decided to re-found a new band. He then asks his friend Nason Schoeffler if he wants to be part of his group. The latter accepts and other members are sought. Nick Rich and Anthony complete the band. Nick Rich left the band and was replaced by Oskar and Scott Gee (former drummer of the band LoveHateHero). Anthony was replaced by Jacky Vincent and Derek Jones joined the band as a guitarist. The band was originally named From Behind These Walls but will change its name to Falling in Reverse because a band already had that name. Their demo, released in 2009, includes songs without Radke's voice, the song Listen Up recorded when Ronnie was 18 and the song The Worst Time recorded when Ronnie was in prison. In April 2011, Nason Schoeffler (bassist) left the band for his own project with Nick Rich. A new bassist is then wanted. The recording of their first album is therefore delayed. Mika Kazuo Horiuchi will respond to this call and drummer Ryan Seaman (previously in The Bigger Lights) will replace Scott Gee. Despite the inconveniences of Ronnie Radke, the albums that Falling in Reverse will release will meet a public success; However, he will not be able to turn anywhere he wishes (especially in the UK, which prohibits the entry into his territory of persons who have served 2 years or more in prison),
