Formed in April/May 2007 in Cologne, Finisterre performed its first concert in December 2007. The band then plans to record a demo that will appear as an ep split with their Alpinist compatriots in June 2008, via the Sengaja Records label, Contrazt! Records, Bad Pingue, Threat Of Today, Humilidad Y Honestidad, Phobiac Records and Subversive Ways. The release of this production is followed by two tours in Europe (France/Spain and Austria/Croatia/Slovenia). Till, the second singer then left the band, which continued its journey to Israel (January 2010) in the form of a quintet. Finisterre recorded his first album in Eisenberg (Tonkeller) with Zett. Mixed and mastered by Robin Völkert ( Now Denial , Dean Dirg ), Bitter Songs is released in June 2010 via Contrazt! Records, Rindenherz and Halo Of Flies. A tour of Mexico and the US followed in July.
