Five Days Off
Biography
Björn: chant / guitar Gukke: drums Geert: bass Kim: guitar / choir
Since the release of the CD split with Not That Straight in 1998, 2 after its formation, the history of 5DO has been closely linked to that of Funtime Records, which has seen all the editions of the Belgian quartet scroll to Deerfoot Trail in late 2005. Meanwhile, there were Ripping the Field and European tours that followed with Adhesive then Shandon and Skin of Tears, as well as dates with the biggest names of European and US punk rock. The album was released in Canada via New Horizon Records, allowing them to shoot Outside Atlantic. Then in 2002 there were Coast to Coast, Pukkelpop, Groezrock and Europe in general. The 2004 split with Flatcat began a slight evolution in the band's music which will be confirmed at the release of Deerfoot Trail in November 2005, after a Canadian tour with the buddies of Belvedere and The Resistance.
