Biography

On Halloween night '99, Fordirelifesake arose from Detroit to make a few souls tremble! In the summer of 2000 they released their first EP DIY way. Very many early parts of sizes like Poison The Well, Grade, Walls Of Jericho, The Suicide Machines etc., which inevitably attracts the attention of Forge Again Records who signs the band for an EP split with Wafflehouse. Then in February '02 the first edition of Breathing Is Only Half The Function appeared on the Clouds Over Head label. Follows the Thorp Records period with split EP w/ Deluge . then the reissue (of which parts were re-recorded) of Breathing... in the summer '03, on Forge Again this time. Back on Thorp for their second dance lab.Pretend.Forget.Defend (2004). A 7" split with Endzweck is released in Japan and the anchor label publishes A Daydream's Disaster , an album of demos, rarity and old compositions. In February 2006 Scramble Visual Entertainment released a live DVD ( Live in the D. ) from the band filmed at home in Chicago and the band was discreet (notably due to incessnats linear-up problems). Matthew Wedge (chant) takes the opportunity to release a first album in March (with a tour in June) with his side project Rosedead .
