Formed in early 2006 in Leicester, the FreefallFelix sextet spends its first 2 months of studio existence composing its original works. They come out with The White Label EP that they self-produce and present to the public in March for the first time. After their drummer leaves, they struggle to find a replacement and spend time recording acoustic tracks. In September they are again at 6 and take the key to the fields for a month of tour across the Kingdom Uni before going on a few dates to open the Ska is Dead Tour UK ( Mustard Plug, The Planet Smashers and Bomb the Music Industry! ).
Then, in January '07, they returned to the studio to give birth to the EP Meltdown which was sold for the first time at their May 04 concert in Leicester. The road call is heard and FreefallFelix is back on tour for a month, crossing on stage RX Bandits, Big D & the Kids Table, Mad Caddies or Failsafe. During the summer, they sit down to compose new songs for their next galette, and prepare their tour of the two-year halls scheduled for September.
