Biography

Slam - drums Dan - guitar Ivan - bass Steve - singing

Full in Your Face is set up at Salon de Provence in September 1995 around Slam (beater, former Toxic Hippies) and Vincent (singer, ex-Out of Step). The two acolytes surround themselves with Marc on guitar (ex-suicide Squad ) and Sonia on bass (ex- Toxic Hippies ) and, for two years, make their teeth in the Marseilles and surrounding square. The highlight of this period came on March 22, 1997, when Full in Your Face took over the first part of Randy in Marseille. In the same year, Sonia was replaced by Ivan (ex-Out of Step) and the group continued to devastate all local rooms. In 1999, Marc decided to take a sabbatical year and, after many trials, was replaced by Eddy. Full in Your Face is determined to realize its efforts on record and returns to Miramas' studio PHALANX and records about twenty titles under the direction of Fernand Pitalua. Unfortunately, the lack of financial resources does not allow this project to materialize. Far from being discouraged, Full in Your Face puts the job back on the book and goes back on the road with new compositions. Marc returned to the market and, in the summer of 2000, the band recorded and finally managed to release his first album, In The Pit. A national tour followed after which the band split up. It is not until 2003 that Slam and Dan (ex-Inflate) revive the flame. The duo was quickly joined by Ivan on bass and Steve on singing (ex- Positive Pain) and released his second production entitled Everytime the Storm on the Evertone label.
