Future of Forestry derives its name directly from a poem by C.S. Lewis in which the author depicts an England caught up in industrialization, at the expense of nature. The members of the group met in another formation, Something Like Silas , which underwent a lot of mutations, leading to a radically different line-up in 2006. Hence the quartet's decision to pursue this adventure under a new identity. This explains by the same time this quick signature on Credential Recordings ( Edison Glass , Lost Ocean ,...) and the imminent release (23/01/2007) of Twilight , first album that follows an eponymous EP.
