Gaza
Biography
From Salt Like City, Gaza has nothing of a bunch of Mormons. By combining the strength of a chaotic Hardcore with the depth of a peaty Doom, the American quartet carries its political, social and religious messages loudly. After a first ep, East, released in 2005, the band, which shares some of its members with Bird Eater, continues with a first album by Black Market Activities, I Don't Care Where I Go When I Die. Gaza then toured with Genghis Tron , Coalesce or Converge , before returning to anonymity for three years.
Gaza then returns to the light (blafarde) by exiting He Is Never Coming Back, late 2009. Driven by an impressive Jon Parkin, a giant spider, the group is laying its suitcases for the first time in Europe, on the occasion of a super-tour bringing together Converge , Kylesa and Kvelertak , in the summer of 2010. No Absolutes In Human Suffering landed two years later under the leadership of a certain Kurt Ballou. In March 2013, Gaza announced the end of the adventure. Casey Hansen - drums (2004-2012) Anthony Lucero - bass (2006-2012) Michael Mason - guitar (2004-2012) Jon Parkin - bass (2004), singing (2004-2012)
