Even though the first recordings of Good Clean Fun were only released in 1999, the idea of playing in a hardcore band has long sprouted in the spirit of Mr. Issa, singer and principal composer of the Washington combo. Appalled by the lack of humour of the hardcore scene of the early 1990s, he took the step and surrounded himself with a bunch of happy drills with whom he cut the road. From Austria to Australia, New England to the United Kingdom, from Hawaii beaches to Norway fjords, Good Clean Fun performs a hundred concerts in some 30 countries while finding time to record two skeuds, On The Streets and Straight Outta Hardcore.
Showing the need to blow, the band made a break in 2002 and took the opportunity to re-release all its discography on one medium. However, since the call from the wide was the strongest, Good Clean Fun returned to the roads two years later.
