Biography

Goulamas'k was born in 1999 in the Garrigue de Béziers, turning around a rock ska tinted with reggae punk, sung in French, Occitan, Catalan and Castilian. The very name of the group is taken from the word occitan "golamas" (very used in the region of the group and which refers to someone neglected, draft...).

After his first album Le Kri des Cigales , the band finds its seat with the album Gardarem La Tèrra which takes its essence at Larzac 2003 and during the Caravan Occitane. Renowned on the stage and challenged by the approach of Goulamas'K , Gambeat, bassist of Radio Bemba, takes an essential part in the pre-production of this second album whose result does not fail to pierce. The final touch is given by the presence of the flute of Miqueù Montanaro, Provencal troubadour.

In 2007, Goulamas'K released a live Fai Petar! which marks its first step towards the traditional instruments (Catalian grain, accordion).

It is with a team partially renewed and more than one singer that in 2008 is launched the tour "Nerviós Trobador".

In Avis de Tempèsta , Goulamas'K continues its approach and the evolution towards rock trade is necessary. The bag of gemecs (Catalian cornemuse) appears at the side of the graille and live, the bouzouki replaces the accordion.

The live album Rabià e Poësia was released in 2014 and contains 19 tracks, 12 of which were unreleased, while in 2016, Resisténcia arrived in the bacs.
