Biography

Griffon is a Black Metal band from Paris, founded in 2012 by Sinai (Guitare - Moonreich , Thoughts Nocturnes ), Aharon (Chant - A/Oratos , ex Neptrecus ), Tancrède (Guitare), Scalde (Battery) and Witart (Basse / Chant). A first ep, Wig Ah Wag, was released in 2014 in self-production, while Macabre later replaced Witart on bass for the release of Griffon's first effort: Har Hakarmel. Line-up upheavals will occur the following years. Only Sinai and Aharon will remain as permanent members. Kryos (Neptrecus , Ishtar ) came to the battery in 2016, then Dino Dieleman (Basse) and Antoine (Basse) completed the band in 2018. This is how Griffon goes back strengthened and releases a split with Darkenhöld entitled Atra Music in 2019 via Les Acteurs de l'Ombre Productions. A song in collaboration with Wyrms later, Griffon released his second opus on the French label:
