Nantais Group formed at the turn of the 2000s, GTI (aka Grotesque Through Incoherence) is a somewhat separate group. Mellant Death Metal and Grind to other musical bizarreries ranging from humorous samples, to the Dub or the Bal Musette, techno... the quintet has always evolved according to its desires. The first Utopia City album was released in 2004 and began to make a serious talk about the band all over the world, allowing them to take part in the Fury Fest 2005 or open for bands like Gojira . 2006 sees the return of the Ligerians on cake. This time the album responds to the sweet name of One Thousand Blasting Words and, with the band benefiting from more resources than its predecessor, pushes delusions ever further. Against all expectations and despite album projects for 2009, the band decided to separate after a last concert in its original city on June 14, 2008.
